Shipping Information
We employ various shipping services tailored to specific needs. Smaller decor and petite furniture pieces are typically shipped via FedEx or UPS ground for ease of handling. For larger items that exceed the size limits of FedEx or UPS, we recommend utilizing our white glove delivery services for secure transportation.
For shipments to the other countries, please note that customs clearance and any related charges in the destination country are not included in the product's price. The customer is responsible for these charges.

Return Policy
At House of Suede, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to assist you.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service at orders@house-of-suede.com. to initiate the return process.

Customs & Duties
